A Leading Biologics business in Co. Louth is seeking a Supply Chain Process Lead with excellent experience in planning processes gained within a GMP environment. As Supply Chain Process Lead, you’ll be joining an organisation where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives.

The Role

  • This person will play an integral role ensuring cross-functional collaboration and execution of supply chain objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements within the Supply Chain function and obtain stakeholder agreement and support.
  • Lead and deliver Supply Chain process improvements working collaboratively cross functionally and inconjunction with the site operational excellence team.
  • Responsible for closing out assigned supply chain projects effectively to ensure identification of delivered benefits and solution sustainability.
  • Act as Local Business Owner (LBO) for assigned supply Chain systems including SAP.
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain metrics and performance dashboards aligning with global standards.
The Person
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management preferred or a combination of relevant qualifications such as IPICS, IIPMM etc. coupled with significant experience.
  • Greater than 5 years of experience in a SCM role with a significant and recent focus on SC planningprocesses.
  • Must have a proven track record within a fast paced commercially focused manufacturing facility within bio/pharmaceutical, MedTech or similar industry.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skill, detail-oriented organizational skill, clear understanding of GMPrequirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and organizationalskills.
