Francis has been involved in the recruitment Industry for over 12 years, 7 of these at senior manager/director level. He has led international recruitment campaigns for both indigenous and multinational organisations across both public and private sector clients in both Ireland and the UK. Previously Francis was Group Director of Technical Services at one of the largest indigenous Irish recruitment firms, Technical Manager at Hudson Global resources in Dublin and IT Team Lead at Sigmar Recruitment Ltd. Having spent the first 15 years of his life in the Middle East, Francis has a keen interest in travelling and is looking forward to replicating LifeScience’s success in other geographies.

Eamonn has a multidisciplinary academic background with a masters degree in Neuroscience from RCSI, an honours degree in Pharmacology from UCD and a higher diploma in E-Business from NCI. Eamonn previously held posts in scientific recruitment and research in Dublin. Eamonn has a keen interest in the use of web technologies within the recruitment sector and has completed a postgraduate thesis on the emerging use of social media in recruitment in Ireland. In his spare time Eamonn enjoys writing and composing folk music, exploring prehistoric Irish archaeology and studying human behavioural psychology.

Brian has a multidisciplinary academic background in science and business with a 1st class Medicinal Chemistry degree from TCD and a Higher Diploma in Business from DBS together with an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management. Brian has previously held posts in scientific recruitment in Dublin and was most recently a Resource Manager with NNE Pharmaplan. Outside of work Brian enjoys music and sport: particularly running marathons for his local club, Raheny Shamrock AC.

He has worked in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries here in Ireland and in Australia. James has also a number of years experience in the recruitment sector in Ireland. Outside of work, his interests include Gaelic Football, Soccer and Rugby.

Having spent 9 years in the United States working in technical sales and marketing in the Oil & Gas and Materials sectors, Stephen has been recruiting into the engineering industry in Ireland for the past 6 years. His previous posts were as lead engineering recruiter with a large indigenous recruitment company. Outside of work, Stephen has a keen interest in music and plays regularly in Dublin. He is also an enthusiastic tennis player and plays with Stratford Tennis club.
