Role: Senior Device Design Engineer
Location: Newenham Court, Northern Cross, Malahide rd, Dublin 17
Hybrid working: 2-3 days a week on site per week

Day to day:
With an expanding portfolio of products and exciting new projects in the pipeline, my client are looking for talented engineers to join the team to help drive delivery on their projects. As a Senior Device Design Engineer you will work in a multi-project design and development role, and here’s how this role will make an impact:
- Working in multi-disciplinary teams to provide focused design input and development of the technical specification and functional design of robust combination products
- Creating, reviewing and updating detailed designs of component and assemblies of the combination products, specifically the documentation including specifications, bill of materials, 3D CAD models and part and assembly drawings for components, assemblies and the packaging required for the device
- Taking a lead in problem solving, identifying and mitigating risks within the design of combination products to help the team control and minimize use-related, design related, and process related risks
Experience required:
- First or upper second degree in mechanical engineering, product design, or equivalent
- Excellent inter-personal skills and experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong time-management skills, able to navigate multiple projects and changing priorities
- Demonstrable experience in preparing technical documentation for a regulated industry
