We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Meath. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the introduction of new materials to support manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to ensure material readiness
  • Support delivery of key programme milestones aligned to material onboarding
  • Ensure all required documentation and system readiness activities are completed
  • Track progress of material introduction activities and escalate risks or delays
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to overall programme delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting material availability
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and regulatory standards


Education and Experience:
  • Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Science, Engineering or related)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a supply chain, manufacturing, or materials coordination role
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting NPI, tech transfer, or material introduction activities is highly desirable
  • SAP experience
