My client an early-stage medical device start-up company focused on the design and development of novel devices for the treatment of Intracranial Atherosclerotic Disease. This is a new and evolving treatment area likely to be the next frontier in Neuro-intervention


Responsibilities:
The AI Consultant will work with the business to enhance its adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence by improving processes, capabilities, and ways of working.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Assess the organization's current AI tools, workflows, and maturity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify high-value use cases where AI can increase productivity, improve decision-making, or streamline business processes.
  • Develop practical AI strategies and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise teams on best practices for integrating AI into day-to-day operations and existing workflows.
  • Design and deliver training, workshops, and guidance to build AI capability and confidence across the organization.
  • Establish AI governance, usage guidelines, and responsible AI practices, including data privacy and security considerations.
  • Recommend appropriate AI platforms, tools, and automation solutions based on business needs.
  • Support pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, measuring outcomes and refining approaches.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance and potential value to the organization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption, manage change, and embed continuous improvement in AI-enabled ways of working.
