A Master Data Associate is required to join a leading global Biopharmaceutical business based in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business focused on developing and manufacturing break through medicines. This is a fully site based role on a brand new technically advanced manufacturing site and will include next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and increased productivity and process performance.

The Supply Chain Master Data Associate is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the data by inputting and verifying data into SAP, and MES, and maintaining data accuracy through audits, and Master Data changes.  

    • Executing key data creation, maintenance and data design for Master Data in SAP including eWM and associated systems. 
    •  Creating Bills of Material, Receipts, purchasing info records, Purchasing and Planning/Scheduling parameters. 
    •  Creating and maintaining local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials. 
    • Determining the impact of local and/or global changes while ensuring global data consistency and conformance to Standard Operating Procedures.  These changes could include:  
    • SAP Master Data maintenance changes; Interfaced system changes (e.g. MES, etc.)  
The Person
    • Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related discipline. 
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferred in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.  
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, an understanding of the significance of accurate data management and a demonstration of an excellent eye for detail.
    • Knowledge and familiarization with the SAP system is highly preferred.
