We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organization based in Louth. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.



Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receipt, quarantine, release, and rejection of incoming raw materials, consumables, and labels.
  • Ensure the accurate issuance of labels to the manufacturing lines, preventing delays and maintaining continuity in production.
  • Review and enhance storage conditions, optimizing material flow to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
  • Implement and maintain real-time tracking systems for materials to ensure accuracy in labeling, documentation, and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to streamline processes, reducing errors and ensuring product integrity from warehouse to production.
  • Lead investigations into warehouse-related deviations, managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and overseeing changes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.


Education and Experience :
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on warehouse operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing warehouse processes, including material handling, inventory management, and labeling operations.
