We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an international Consultancy. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Duties
- Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively building strong relationships and anticipating their needs.
- Monitor and report project progress against key milestones, budgets, and timelines, identifying and addressing variances with clear action plans.
- Ensure consistent delivery of superior client service across multiple engagements.
- Facilitate and lead Reliability Centered Maintenance and Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis workshops.
- Conduct criticality assessments of equipment and facilities to determine maintenance priorities.
- Develop Reliability Block Diagrams to model plant performance and support decision-making.
- Identify equipment failure modes and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.
- Develop clear and detailed work instructions for preventative maintenance activities.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in reliability engineering roles.
- Extensive experience leading RCM and FMECA projects and workshops.
- Demonstrated expertise in using industry-leading reliability tools and software.
- Strong background in equipment and systems used in regulated and high-performance industrial environments.
- Formal training in Reliability Engineering methodologies.
- Certified RCM practitioner or equivalent desirable.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) desirable.
