We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Cork. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.

Duties

The role of the Project manager we require is an integration Project manager, which will be inclusive of all the sub project enablers such as:

  • Handover / decommissioning of the building / Building acceptance.
  • Equipment Quals (FAT IQ/OQ PQs),
  • Portfolio of Improvement projects & transformational projects,
  • Process robustness.
  • Operations (resource) capability build etc.

- The Project Manager will also play a key role in ensuring that the business supports the demands around documentation approval, FAT supports and ensures that the signal from each of the suite teams is managed by the business to support the cadence of the project schedule.

- Oversite & control for project cost management through the project life cycle

- Delivery of effective & accurate project progress reports that can be analysed and understood at all levels within the organisation

- Responsible for project stakeholder management to ensure effective delivery of project objectives – including escalation management

- Creation and control of project plans for departmental, cross departmental, and company-wide projects

- Running the Project Governance and ensuring all action / decisions / risks are managed on the business side of the project and therefore all critical information flows in from the project suite teams.


Education & Experience
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery of a broad spectrum of projects in the Pharma industry preferably including experience managing sterile or Biologics projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a continuous improvement focus
  • Project management qualification such as Project Management Professional etc.
  • A proven track record in delivering complex projects with multiple vendors.
