We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Biopharmaceutical organization based in Dunboyne. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.

Duties

  • Deploy and coach the teams on 8-Step Problem-Solving Process, Task Breakdown Sheets, Leader Standardized Work, Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping
  • Partner with the Global team to deploy Target Conditions to the Warehouse including the deployment of Tier, 5S, value stream mapping, Leader Standard Work, 8 – Step Problem-Solving and MPS Tools
  • Partner with the Global team to deploy MPS ways of working in Micro Labs
  • Project Management of Target Condition Projects
  • Update on our Production System at Tier 5 Governance
  • Build Strong Relationships with Agile Teams, People Leaders and Global MPS and Global Learning and Development Partners
  • Ensures a dynamic project pipeline exists at the site and is reviewed periodically for relevance with the focus of implementing Target Conditions and vision to achieve Model Site
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to coach and mentor self-directed teams through complex problems solving
  • Ability to challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven ability in using a wide variety of lean tools and building capability within teams
  • Change agent who will apply the CEM Change Execution Methodology through project/programme deployment
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team for deployment of the learning upskilling programme on site.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Science, Engineering or Equivalent
  • A masters or MBA is desired
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader Qualification is desired
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire and PowerApps and MS Office Products
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is desirable
